Application
1. Strengthen for increasing load capacity.

3. Retrofit for seismic, wind or blast.
4. Restore strength of structural elements damaged by fire or vehicle impact.
5. Restore strength to deteriorated and corroded members.
6. Strengthen for design or construction defects.
Recommended Autoclave Process
1. Room temperature → 90℃, pressurize to 0.2 MPa , keep warm for 60 min;
2.90℃→125 ℃, pressurized to 0.6 MPa , keep warm for 120 min;
3.Relieve pressure and cool naturally to 40 ℃.
Appendix: The recommended heating rate is 1 ℃/min, and the recommended cooling
rate is 1 -2 ℃/min
Note: Molding time and resin loss are related to product thickness and heat transfer speed.
Customers can choose the time according to the actual situation of the product.
The corresponding parameters are determined according to the situation
Instructions for use
1. After receiving the prepreg, it is recommended to store it in a freezer below 0°C. Before use, it must be sealed and thawed at room temperature for
more than 12 hours before use . The sealed package can only be opened after it is thawed to room temperature.
2. The best operating environment for prepreg: temperature 20-30℃, relative humidity below 65%.
3. The service life of the prepreg at room temperature of 25°C is 20 days, the service life below 0°C is 3 months, and the service life below -18°C is 6 months. After exceeding the specified time, the operability will deteriorate (the viscosity of the prepreg will deteriorate and the cloth surface will become hard).
