FAQs
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why are carbon fibers light and strong?
Carbon fibers are light because they consist of carbon atoms, which have a low atomic weight, they have a graphite crystal structure (stacked hexagonal mesh planes consisting of fused benzene rings) and there are large gaps between carbon atoms. The strength of carbon fibers stems from the strength in the direction of the mesh planes in the graphite crystal structure.
Where can I get high-quality composites like glass fiber and carbon fiber? What should I do?
The specific service process can be seen on the product details page, or you can leave a message or send an email to us through the message board of the website. Later, our product sales representative will contact you and send the product information as soon as possible.
Please contact us, we will provide you with high-quality products, professional and thoughtful services and the most suitable lightweight solution for you.
If I see a USDA organic label, what does it mean?
Since 1990, we have been partnering with various suppliers and manufacturers of bike parts to provide our customers with high-quality replacement parts for their bikes for over 25 years.

What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 5 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when we have received your deposit, and we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
What pre-sales and after-sales services do you have?
We provide the following services:
(1) 24-hour global fast response service.
(2) Free product manuals and project books.
(3) Free sample sending service is available.
(4) Provide online consulting services.
(5) If this batch of products has quality problems, they can be reissued in subsequent batches.
Please explain the differences between carbon fibers and other carbon materials (charcoal, graphite).
Carbon fibers and charcoal belong to the same group of carbon materials. Both have the same hexagonal mesh plane crystal structure (graphite structure) but the structure differs greatly in regularity and atom arrangement. Carbon fibers have a mesh structure in which the atoms are regularly aligned in the fiber direction. Several layers of these graphite structure elements are stacked up and are interlinked. On the other hand, the graphiteSource “Fundamentals of Carbonization Engineering”; Authors: Sugio Otani, Yuzo Sanada (published November 20 1980)low strength. Belonging to the same group of materials, graphite has a well-developed, regular graphite structure. As you know, it is soft and slippery. Natural graphite is obtainable from China, India and other countries.
